To ensure customer satisfaction and trust, we offer a comprehensive warranty policy designed to support our clients through the initial year of use. Under this policy, Colorlit LED pledges to replace power supplies and receiving cards at no additional cost if they are found to be defective within one year from the purchase date. This commitment underscores our confidence in the durability and performance of our products.

Moreover, during the warranty period, Colorlit LED agrees to absorb the cost of single freight for any parts that need to be replaced under warranty, alleviating the financial burden on our customers. We understand the importance of maintaining operational efficiency and strive to ensure that our products are supported to the highest standard.

Colorlit LED will not be responsible for the following situations:

  • Malfunctions caused by misuse.
  • Unauthorized disassembly or repairs.
  • Unauthorized disassembly or repairs.
  • Void or damaged serial number seal tape.
Colorlit Led’s warranty does not cover the following circumstances::
  • Damage resulting from user misuse.
  • Malfunctions due to misuse, such as unauthorized disassembly or improper testing.
  • Damage to the shell or components during use.
  • Damage caused by fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters.

When the warranty period begins?

The warranty time begins three months after the contract is signed.
